Full Description

"Arnold's Linhay" consists of a series of enclosures on the south facing hanging from Wind Hill to the River Lyn. The enclosures consist of at least 5 crossbanks, grassed over and with remnants of walls. One crossbank has a large oak coppiced stool which must predate the late 19th Century. Crossbanks well defined. Remains of wall in good condition. Area is wooded. A small structure in the lowest of the series of enclosures is presumably Arnold's Linhay. [1] The linhay is depicted but not annotated on the Second Edition 6 inch map. [2]
