Full Description

Chest tomb approximately 3 metres to the south of the nave of the Church of St. Peter. Probably 18th century. Sandstone. Plain sides. Cyma-recta moulded cornice to flat top slab. Inscription largely illegible at the time of the 1987 survey. [1] The tomb was visited in September 2012 as part of the rapid condition survey of Exmoor's Listed Buildings 2012-13. It received a BAR score of 4A. [2]
