Full Description

Enclosure award for Radworthy Down is dated to 1864. [1] The extent of Radworthy Down prior to enclosure is depicted on the Tithe Map for North Molton. It is labelled as land parcel 1076 and 1076a. [2] The new field system is depicted on the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map but the area is still labelled Radworthy Down. [3]
