Full Description

Low banks forming the remains of possibly a rectangular building were noted on Whitefield Down. On an aerial photograph dating to 1947, their presence was noted as "fair-doubtful". [1,2] No building is shown here on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map, nor on the Tithe Map for High Bray. [3,4]
