Site Event/Activity record EMO4966 - 1905: AE, Roe Barrow
The cairn was fully excavated in 1905 by Chanter, although field evidence suggested the site had previously been opened. Inside was indications of a cist and cover stone, with a large quantity of charcoal in and around the centre.
