Description

The manor was divided into parts in the later medieval period so that for several hundred years there were three or four owners. By the 17th century, three tenants gave rise to the name of one area. The farmhouse was rebuilt in the later 19th century. There were several sites of medieval settlement, now abandoned, on the farm and there were a possible resource for research in the future. N.B. GIS extent indicative only. No mapped extent provided in report.
