SS92NW BROMPTON REGIS CP BURY 9/26 Gilclose - GV II
Farmhouse. Probably early C17, altered mid C19. Rendered over rubble, slate roof, overhanging eaves, roughcast stack between first and second bays left, lateral stack at rear. Plan: 3-cell and cross passage, single storey outbuildings adjoining on south-west corner. Two storeys, 3 bays, 3-light leaded casements, ground floor two windows left of single storey gabled porch, outbuildings to right. Interior not seen. Forms good group with farmbuildings (q.v) to north.
