Full Description

Lyddons Grounds and Cottage at SS 987 203 (this should be SS 987 302). Deserted medieval farmstead of Lyddons, indicated in the 1327 Lay Subsidy by the entry of John de Lyddone and Adam de Lyddone. There is nothing shown at this location on the 1 inch 1809 Ordnance Survey map. [1-3] This record was enhanced as part of the National Record of the Historic Environment to Exmoor National Park Historic Environment Record data transfer project. [4]
