Full Description

This is the area of Bullsgreen, a single building shown 1826 with 7 acres. [1] Ford shown on Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division 6 inch map. [2] The building is shown on the Tithe Map for Cutcombe as an L shaped structure. It is within field parcel 707, which is described in the Apportionment as "Orchard", owned by the Honourable Philip Pleydell Bouverie, with William Bryant as Lessee and occupied by George Gooding. [3] The 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map shows the structure reduced to a small rectangular unroofed structure at SS 9113 4018. It is unlabelled. [4] The building is not shown on 2020 Mastermap data. [5] This record was enhanced as part of the National Record of the Historic Environment to Exmoor National Park Historic Environment Record data transfer project. [6]
