MEM24889 - Ford Cottages, Cutcombe (Monument)

A small building is shown at the side of the road at SS 9189 3997 on the Tithe Map for Cutcombe. It appears to be within a small land parcel labelled 493, which the Apportionment describes as "Garden", owned by Miss Honor Kent and occupied by William Ridler. [1] The building is shown on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map as a centrally subdivided rectangleand is labelled "Ford Cottages". There is an outbuilding and enclosure to the rear. A benchmark is shown on the western end of the southern elevation. [2] No building is shown here on the 2020 MasterMap data, suggesting it has been demolished. [3]
