Full Description

The Tithe Map for Hawkridge shows a building at c. SS 8583 3058, oppoosite a field boundary (still extant) and adjacent to an old routeway, the entrance to which can be seen on the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map [2]. The building is coloured grey and may be an outbuilding or in agricultural use. [1] The building is not shown on the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map, suggesting it had been demolished prior to c.1889-1890. [2]
