Full Description

The earthwork remains of a possible route, visible as a hollow way or sunken track through Ashwick Wood. The earthworks were identified during field survey taking places as part of a broader survey of eight woodlands on the eastern slopes of the Barle Valley. [1] The routeway is depicted on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map. [2]
