Description

Barrow two may have been opened by Antell in 1885. Within the retaining circle was a cairn with a cist containing a pot circa 2 feet high and 1 foot 6 inches diameter, later smashed. Said to have contained sheep bones but it may have contained human bones of a primary or secondary burial.
