Full Description

An infilled shaft of Blacklands mine is centred on circa SS 8412 3679. [1] The shaft is depicted and annotated on the Ordnance Survey 1st Edition County Series 1:2500 map, and on the 2nd Edition map. [2,3] The shaft is still depicted and labelled on modern MasterMap data. [4]
